প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no black listed record within ten years).
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 3 (Three) numbers supply contract of similar Good and related services within last 3 (Three) years, amounting a value of Tk. 3.5 Crore in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
• The tenderer shall be certified partner/ distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM/partner/ distributor for the mentioned project.
• The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet
• The tenderer shall have sales & service center in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.
• The tenderer should submit valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Incorporation Certificate, ISO Certificate, BCS Membership Certificate and BASIS Membership Certificate.
• Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
