প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderers must have minimum in 5 (Five) years of general experience of Construction works.
b) The Tenderers must have an Specific experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of (Construction of building/repair work of building) with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lacs only through a single contract during last 5 (five) years under any Government/Semi- Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c) The Tenderers must have minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working Capital/ Credit Facilities of Tk. 20.00 (twenty) Lacs only to be issued in the format of Letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form-PW2a-3)
d) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lacs over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate issued by the Concerned procuring entity must be submitted. Other formats are not acceptable.
e) The Tenderers must have the minimum Tender Capacity is Tk. 18.50 (Eighteen point five zero) Lacs only. Certificates of on-going works/commitments from respective procurement entity must be submitted and fill up the attached form (see section-7) for calculation of Tender Capacity.
f) The Tenderers must enclose Income Tax Certificate, Up-to-date Trade license & Valid VAT registration Certificate,
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
