Tenderers having 10 (ten) Years of Experience on Lift Servicing and Maintenance and Spare Parts Supply.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years of specific brand experience in lift servicing & maintenance.
Tenderers having Experience in Maintaining at least 10 (Ten) numbers of Specific brand lift in any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organizations in the last 5 (Five) Years.
The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter for Spare Parts similar brand lift direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.10 (Ten) Lac. Letter of commitment from Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and the submission date of the tender.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
