* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৯,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) no. contract of RCC Framed structure building including Civil, Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 Lac under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 115.00 Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 35.00 Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 60.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC electric license & supervisory license.
7. Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) must be signed by Tenderer on each page for the commitment to implement the ESMP as per specification and submitted along with the tender. Otherwise, the tender will be evaluated as non responsive. (uploaded in section-8)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
