* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer Eligibility:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of Supply and Installation, testing commissioning of lift successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations/private organisation within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lakh. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./semi govt/Autonomous Bodies/private organisation other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of that organization and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Exen of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 Lakh.Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW3-7 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. Credit certificate must be issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the I dead line for submission of tender.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 100.00 Lakh over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 70.00 Lakh.
5. The Tenderer must enclose Up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate and ABC category Electric & Supervisory License.
6. Manufacturing Authorization letter/Agency ship certificate from lift Manufacturer Company shall be submitted.
7. Catalogue of tender related item.
8. Others qualification stated in TDS, and special terms and conditions and lift specification are given in the section 6.
