2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT 
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,50,00,000.00 ( Five crore Fifty lac only)  over the last 05 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT 
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,40,00,000.00 ( One Crore forty lac )
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2,95,00,000.00 ( 2 crore 95 lac only) 
6. Up to date valid trade license
7.Up to date valid TIN certificate
8.Up to date VAT certificate
9. Up to date valid ABC license with supervisory certificate.
