প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract of similar Electromechanical works (must include digital conference system or multimedia (LED video wall) system), successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Tk. Twenty Five Lac).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 44,00,000.00 (Tk. Forty Four Lakh) in the last 5 financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Tk. Fourty Lakh).
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to date ABC/BC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 shall be followed.
