a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years (*) in the electro-mechanical works.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (lift) of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.
2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore Only) under public or private sector.
c) TThe minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2,30,00,000.00 (Two Crore Thirty Lac)
d) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
e) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up-to-date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer.
i) Sole Agent/Representative/ Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.
j) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.
k) Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.
l) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all amendments) shall be followed.
