দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electromechnical works shall be 5 (Five) years*.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature (Lift maintenance and operation of the specific brand of this tender) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years*, of a value of at least Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lac) under public sector of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12,00,000.00 (twelve Lac) over the last 5 (Five) years*.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lac). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by BPPA.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to date ABC/BC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
(h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 with all latest amendments shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
