* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of similar nature works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 360.00 (Three Hundred & Sixty) Lac in a single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 750.00 (Seven Hundred & Fifty ) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 190.00 (One Hundred & Ninety) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 540.00 (Five Hundred & Forty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. VAT shall be deducted from the Contractor’s bill using the current NBR rate.
7. In case of JVCA, the minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS. Also it should be in the format e-PW3-B or schedule-12 of PPR 2025.
8.Up-to-date valid ABC category electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
9. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date valid VAT & TIN registration certificate,up- to-date Trade license and up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
