* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer who has
a) Up to date valid Trade License (FY 2025-2026).
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate.
c) Up to date valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25).
d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Pump Motor system, CCTV system, Solar Power system and Compound Lightning system in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 210.00 (Two Hundred Ten) lac in any government/semi- government/autonomous/private organization within last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 280.00 (Two Hundred Eighty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
g) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2025-26).
h) Valid Manufacturer's authorization letters for each of the proposed CCTV system, Pump Motor set, Solar Panels, Inverter for solar power system, lightning arrester system, compound lightning system, computer networking system projector and multimedia system (Form e-PG3-6).
i) Assurance certificate for supplying of proposed equipment (pump, solar panel, cctv system, projector & multimedia, computer networking system) spare parts for minimum five years from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.
j) Valid up to date IRC (Import Registration Certificate).
k) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, TDS & Tender documents.&
