প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer have to have-
a) (B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi- Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.60 Lakh (Nine Lakh and Sixty thousand ) ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (Tk Twenty Lakh ) over the best 3 years in the last 5 (Five) years.Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve Lakh) In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
(d) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve Lakh).
e) Up to date valid Trade license.
f) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN and Ereturn Certificate.
h) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
i) Proposal of "Work Completion Programme".
j) Any other document as per special terms and conditions and as mentioned in IFT, TDS & PCC.
