প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer should have minimum 5 years general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
2. Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of similar goods and related services with the value of minimum BDT. 5.00 Crore (BDT. Five Crore only) under single contract within last 3 (Three) years in Government/Semi government organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 6.00 Crore (BDT. Six Crore only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favor of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents in e-GP system:
1. Updated Trade license;
2. Updated VAT & Tax Certificate;
3. Tenderer must be uploaded manufacturer’s authorization letter in company’s letter head pad with complete email address, any manipulated documents will be treated as non-responsiveness;
4. Manufacturer and also supplier CE certificate, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificate must be uploaded, both ISO certificate obviously issued on or before IFT publication date;
5. Updated IRC certificate must be uploaded;
