প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer should have minimum 5 years general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
2. Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of respective goods and related services amounting to minimum BDT. 5.00 Lakh (Five lakh) under single contract within last 3 (Three) years in Government/Semi government organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 8. 00 Lakh (Taka Eight Lakh only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favor of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender.
4. Updated Trade license;
5. Updated VAT & Tax Certificate;
6. Tenderer must submit manufacturer’s/Distributor’s dealer authorization letter;
7. FSC (Forest Stewardship council) Certificate for own manufacturing plant to ensure Best Quality Wooden Product & to support the National Deforestation Policy;
8. ISO 14001:2015 to ensure Environmental Management System at Factory;
9. Environment Clearance Certificate for factory;
10. Certificate of Air Antipollution Equipment System to reduce Air Pollution and Health Hazzard at Factory from any Govt. organization of Bangladesh.
11. Any Debarred or Litigation history within last 5 years will be treating as Non-responsive.
