* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer should have minimum 7 years general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
2. Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of respective goods and related services with the value of minimum BDT. 28.00 Lakh (BDT. Twenty Eight Lakh only) under single contract within last 3 (Three) years in Government organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system with genuine attested.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 35.00 Lakh (BDT. Thirty Five Lakh only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favor of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents in e-GP system:
1. Updated Trade license.
2. Updated BIN & VAT clearance certificate.
3. Updated TIN & Tax clearance Certificate.
4. Must be submitted audit report in the last three years counting backward from IFT date with genuine attested.
5. Uploaded experience certificate showing for the supplying respective experience value must be as “Work Completion Certificate” with respective PE & package details. Contract agreement, Certification and/or NOA will not be acceptable with genuine attested.
* Additional eligibility conditions will be embeded in the TDS and PCC.
