দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Tenderers/Bidders who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in event management and infrastructure components (Pandel and Stage Construction ,Sound, Light, and Multimedia System , Decoration & Branding (Venue, City & Campus),Guest & Audience Seating, Power and Backup System, Photography, Videography & Live Broadcasting) and Work experience related to university convocation will be preferred.
2) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years.
3) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
4) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
5) The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2025" must be applied on contractors.
6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.
7) As per permission of the authorities all goods will be returned after the event is over.
8) All works must be done in accordance with the instructions of the authorities.
9) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
10) This budget will be spent HSTU Own fund
