প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers should have the following eligibility-
1) Reputed Contractors/Tenderers/Bidders who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in Repairing,Maintenance and Interior works of Non-residential Building at HSTU, Dinajpur.
2) Specific Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) number of similar nature of works in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years.
3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied on contractors.
7) Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder apenalty of minimum 3 years debars in respective zone.
8) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.
9) Joint Venture and Subcontractor not allowed.
10) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
