প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 ( Twenty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The Tenderer must enclose Up-to-date VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC/BC Contractor and Supervisory License.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
