The Tenderer shall be Manufacturers/ Distributors/ Dealers/ Agents/ Experienced Tenderers
Tenderers having 5 (Five) Years of Experience in Lift Servicing and Maintenance and Spare Parts Supply.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed Modernization works at least 5 (Five) numbers of lift in any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organizations/Private Organization.
The Tenderer shall have 3 (Three) years experience of Service & maintenance of minimum 15 nos. of lift and a detailed list of that experience shall be certified in a prescribed form and attested by the concerned Departmental head/Owner.
The Tenderer shall have an Authorization Letter from Manufacturers/ Distributors/ Dealers/ Agents for Spare Parts of the elevator.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 20 (Twenty) lac. (Tenderer must have 20 lac amount issued within 5 days from the date of last submission).
The Tenderer must provide the guarantee that the above spares or equivalent will be available for the next 10 (Ten) years.
The Tenderer must provide a company profile and Technical personnel list & CV.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
