* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) Reputed Contractors/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in the Construction, supplying, installation & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment plant at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least BDT 280.00 (Two Hundred and Eighty) lakh (JV works not allowed ) from govt , semi govt , autonomous organisation in Bangladesh).
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh in standard tender document format (PW3-7) without any alteration from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
E) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
G) Must have building code appraisal and submit the certificate accordingly .
H) Tenderer must submit service and maintenance certificate for 2 years atleast of one project and must have Buet test report of the outlet water meeting the water parameters of at least 1 project.
