প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of General experience of Lift servicing, operation and maintenance works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor of at least 1(one) Lift servicing, operation and maintenance works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three Point Zero) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 (Six Point Zero) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 2.00 (Two Point Zero) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.3.80 (Three Point Eight Zero) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date, Income tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date trade license and Up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
7.Minimum 2 Years of Spare Parts Supplying Assurance Certificate Issued by the Manufacturer of Otis lift.
8. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7).
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
