প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) Similar Nature of Construction Works including Civil and Sanitary works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Trade license and Income Tax certificate with the tender.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2a) of CPTU.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
