* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03 years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of air cooler and related service at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with the value of at least BDT 12.00 Lakh in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autunomous Organization. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT is Tk. 16.00 lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format “ Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)” which is attached Tender Data Sheet (ITT Clause 9.1). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
d) Manufacturer’s/ sole distributer’s authorization letter to be submitted by the tenderer.
e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autunomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
f) Up-to- date Trade license, VAT & TIN registration certificate to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) / Price & delivery schedule for goods of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment
