প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01(one) completed Similar type of works / Cleaning works under Framework Contact of Tk.18.00 lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
(b) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk.40.00 lakh.(Considered best 03 years of last 05 years completion works certificates)
(c) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk.20.00 lakh.
(d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e) Up to date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
