প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of tenderer shall be 03 (three) years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) completed similar/ supply & related service of buildings and construction material at least Tk.20.00 lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk.25.00 lakh.
d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autunomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
e) Upto date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and its amendment
