প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed SSL/TLS Certificate in a single contract within last 3 (Three) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 3 (three) Lac in a contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• The tenderer shall be certified partner/distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the mentioned project.
• The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. Original Brochure must be submitted.
• The tenderer shall have sales & service center in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.
• The tenderer should submit valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Incorporation Certificate, ISO 9001-2015, BCS & BASIS Membership Certificate.
• Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 3 (three) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
