* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
•The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
•The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
•The minimum specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years and each contract value of 70 (seventy) lac under in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
•The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk.1.35 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
•The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
•The Tenderer shall give the assurance from the manufacturing company to supply of spare parts for minimum 5 (Five) years.
•The tenderer must provide company profile and list & CV of Technical personnel.
• The Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
•All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
