* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
•The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
•The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
•The satisfactory completion of supply of similar related Goods and Services of 2 (two) contracts and each contract value minimum BDT 25 (twenty five) Lac in the last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
•The tenderer shall have submitted manufacturer/Distributor/Agent Certificated letter.
•The tenderer shall have Technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. (Should be mentioned single, like Origin, Manufacturer, Brand, Model etc).
•The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
•The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.50 (fifty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
