প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as prime contractor,Sub contractor or Management contractor in construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number Building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrical works with 150 KvA Sub station,30 KvA Generator and Aircooler worth not less than Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred ) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.400.00 (Four Hundred) lakh only within the last 05 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.working capital/Credit line (s) Tk.150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) lakh only.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk.220.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty) lakh only.To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW3-5(B) format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within last 05 (Five) years from tender publication date.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
