প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in electrification works.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of electrical works in building successfully completed within the last 05 ( five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 ( Thirty) lac.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 85.00 ( Eighty five) lac over the last 05 ( five) financial years or best 03 ( three) years in the last 05 ( five) financial years.
(D)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) Lac (Must be in the frm e-PW2A-8) in original form).
(E) The minimum capacity shall be: 30.00 ( Thirty ) Lac.
(F) Valid upto date Trade License , Income Tax Clearance and BIN Certificate.
(G) Up-to date Electrical license from competent authority with initial enlistment documents.
(H) Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
(I) Audit report of last 3 ( three) fiscal years to be submitted.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
