The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature,
complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 57.00 lac (TK Fifty Seven Lac only)
16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from
respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 1,23,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore Twenty Three Lac Only) over the last five (5) years.
16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line or credit facilities or bank
balance) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 24,00,000.00 (Tk. Twenty Four Lac Only).
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 61,00,000.00 (Tk. Sixty One Lac Only).
