The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 65.00 lac (TK Sixty five Lac only)
16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 1,38,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore Thiry Eight Lac Only) over the last five (5) years.
16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line or credit facilities or bank balance) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 27,00,000.00 (Tk. Twenty Seven Lac Only).
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 69,00,000.00 (Tk. Sixty Nine Lac Only).
