প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience in the supply of goods as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of a Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 03 (Three) Years amounting to Tk. 23.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit facilities (in Form e-PG3 – 8) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 24.00 Lakh only.
d) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) The tenderer must submit a detailed Analysis of his Quoted Rate and The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the Present Market price. Otherwise, the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
