* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of General experience in construction works.
b) The Minimum specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (one) number of building works in/c Pile, sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Minimum Tk. 125.00 Lakh in the last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed)
c) The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset / Credit facilities /working capital of TK. 60.00 lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW2A-8 Format).
d) Who have minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 80.00 lakh (Total =80.00x5=400.00 lakh ) and The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 125.00 Lakh
e) Tenderer who possessed: i) Up-to-date trade license ii) Valid VAT registration Certificate (Up-to-date) iii) Income Tax Certificate (Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024) iv) NID card.
f) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
h) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS, GCC PCC & ITT.
