প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
2. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
3. The contractors who are interested to participate are requested to read the TDS & Tender Notice thoroughly before submitting the Tender.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2 Crore 60 Lac. Construction of Water Control Structure ( only Regulator/Sluice, Syphon, Aqueduct construction/re-construction ) will be considered as similar work.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3 Crore over the last 3 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1 Crore.
The minimum capacity shall be: 2 Crore 50 Lac.
