প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• To submit e-Tender who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
• Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.
• The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be made.
• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders/Proposals.
A satisfactory completion of similar work (Re-exavation/Exavation/Re-sectioning of River/Khal) of at least Tk 35 Lac under single contract over a period of 3 years shall be required.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 45 Lac over the last 3 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35 Lac. Such free funds shall have to remain upto issue NOA. For credit certificate from bank Tender ID No, specific package/Lot No., name of the work, addressed to the XEN must be shown in the certificate and to be issued within 31-12-2025 to 14-01-2026.
The minimum capacity shall be 30 Lac Tk
Tenderer must submit previous Two(02) years Audit report otherwise will be treated as nos-responsive.
