* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms/Creative Agency who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in newspaper.
(2) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building construction/STP/ETP of minimum Tk.160.00 lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(3)The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5 (five) years of Tk.250.00 lac shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(4) The minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk.190.00 lac as per formula stated in TDS.
(5) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 lac . Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(6) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate .
(7) Tenderer must have to ensure that he has an expert STP/ETP consultant support. A consent letter with supporting documents has to be submitted along with his tender.
(8) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
(9) All Data as per TDS and ITT Clause
N.B: Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
