প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works shall be 5 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii. A satisfactory completion of mimimum a building work of at least Tk 10.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of last 03 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
iii. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10.00 over the last 3 financial years. Only payment certificated will be considered for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 3 years.
iv. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.11.00 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bankis advised to use the Form e-PW2A-8 (enclosed in Section-8) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document e-PW2A.Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.
v. The minimum capacity shall be 9.50 Lac.
vi. The Tenderer must enclose upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
Any other conditions are as per TDS & PCC.
