কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General experience of not less than 3 (Three) Years.
b) Successfully completion of External and Internal Interior Decoration, Land Scaping and other related similar works amounting of Taka at least 30 (Thirty) lac in a single work order/NOA of any Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organization during the last 03(three) years.
c) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 20 (Twenty) lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from
the date of tender submission).
d) The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than 50 (Fifty) Lac in the last 3 (three) years.
e) The tenderer must also have current year Trade License, up to date Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
f) All other documents as stated in the tender document.
g) In case of credit limit, specific format which is attached in e-PW2A section 8 (Particular Specification), can be used. You are also requested to see only the latest file in Particular Specification.
h) Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
i) Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
