* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৭৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works
(b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works/ RCC Frame structure Works including Civil , Sanitary & Electrification works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.1700.00 (Seventeen Hundred) lakh only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.600.00 (Six Hundred) Lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7). Otherwise, the tender will be Non-Responsive.
(d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.2500.00 (Twenty Five Hundred) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
(e) The Tender capacity shall be Tk.2100.00 (Twenty One Hundred) Lakh.
(f) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory license ,TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
