প্যাকেজের বিবরণ: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One)contract of similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 5 years,with a value of at least Tk. 5 lakh
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 20 Lakh over the last 3 financial years or best 3 years in the last 5 financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8 lakh document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.6 lakh.
(f) Must have Up to Date TIN
Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.

g) Others: As per TDS.
(h) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 will be followed
