* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Govemment/Semi-Govemment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. Two (2) Lac. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Twenty (20) Lac over the last five (5) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Three (3) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in STD PW2a-3 form published by Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA).
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. Two point Two (2.20) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment documents for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f) Documents of valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate etc. shall be submitted.
(g) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
