প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Govemment/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 (Four Lakh and Fifty Thousand) Only [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.30 (Seven Lakh Thirty Thousand) Lakh only over the last five (5) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.60 (Five Lakh Sixty Thousand) only Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 5.20 (Five Lakh Twenty Thousand) only. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f) Documents of valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor& Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Govemment of Bangladesh etc. shall be submitted.
(g) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
