* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৪,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৪,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work including civil works worth not less than Tk 100.00 ( One Hundred ) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lakh. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
e) The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, Updated ABC/BC category Electrical Supervisory License.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.133.00 ( One Hundred Thirty Three ) Lakh Only.
