* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of Electrical construction works (Electrical Work) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years (22.00 x 5 =110 Lac). Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The Tenderer must enclose 13 Digit VAT registration certificate, Updated Income Tax clearance certificate, Updated Trade license and Updated ABC Electric Contractor License and Supervisory License.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate, regardless of the VAT rate specified in the PWD schedule of Rates, which was used for estimation of this work.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
