* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) Years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper). Documentary evidence i.e. initial trade license shall be submitted.
2. Tenderer having record of poor performance such as abandoning or not completing the contract, inordinate delay, defective or poor workmanship, financial failures, wasteful claims, consistent history of litigation, debarred by any public sector organization shall not be considered in technical evaluation.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Computer/ Laptop with accessories of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 Lakh during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 Lakh in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.
5. Black listed/Debarred firms from any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous bodies/ Renowned Private Sector are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
6. Up-to-date trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc to be submitted with tender.
7. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
8. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act 2006 and its amendments.
