প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) Years.
The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of Supply & Installation of 11/0.415 KV substation and related works in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 140 Lac during last 10 (Ten) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.
The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover is BDT 300 Lac.
The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 100 Lac for in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.
The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 200 Lac.
Debarred Tenderer (s) from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License from electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh etc shall be submitted.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & Public Procurement Rules-2025 and their amendments.
