* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (Ten) years of General experience.
b) The satisfactory completion of similar works at least 90 (Ninety) Lac at any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization in the last 05 (Five) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of invitation of Tender in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities shall be Tk. 40 (Fourty) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).
d) Required average annual Construction Turn Over shall be greater than 1.5 (One Point Five) crore over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) Years,
e) The tenderer must also have Update Income Tax certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration certificate.
f) Proof of Work done Completion Certificate for similar kind of Supply.
g) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter must be submitted.
h) All others as stated in the tender documents.
i) Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
j) Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
