প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid up to dated Trade licenses, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/ genuine chemical production factory’s agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar  liquid caustic soda supply/ any egp BPDB Chemical Supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1L each sample before 12/6/2024, 11.30 in office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences for liquid cautic soda/ egp BPDB Chemical supply.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
