* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer Should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter, Updated Acid License and Acid carrying license.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Sulfuric Acid supply experience in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5.Tenderers must submit 1000mL sample of H2SO4 before 29/12/2025, 5.00 PM in office of the Chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfil the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. After supplying the goods, the winning contractor must submit the laboratory test certificate of the supplied items from institutions such as BUET, Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC Laboratory), BSTI, BCSIR before R&I. Otherwise, R&I will not be conducted and the materials will be returned.
7. Tenderers must fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
8. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants with whatever the packages they(purchaser) want i.e. Tank Lory/25- 50 kgThick Plastic Jar. And also commit that they will follow all the safety practices for sulfuric acid supply.
9. Tenderers must submit end user certificate of Sulfuric Acid as a proof of similar chemical supply experiences.
